Visit the Castle Museum of Saginaw County History

The Castle Museum is located in downtown Saginaw at 500 Federal Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48607. Click here for directions and parking.

Museum Hours & Admission

Sunday: 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Monday - Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Thursday: 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Friday - Saturday: 10 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Last admission 15 minutes before closing. 

Saginaw Co. Residents: FREE

Non-Saginaw Co. Residents: $3/person or $5/Family

65 years+ : $2

College and university students: free with ID

We are a Blue Star Museum: active duty military and veterans receive free admission.

Holiday Hours of Operation

 

The Castle Museum is closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. In addition, the Museum closes at noon on Christmas Eve Day and New Year’s Eve Day.

Accessibility

 

It is the goal of the Castle Museum to provide an enriching visitor experience for people of all ages and capabilities. 

 

The Castle Museum is handicapped accessible via the rear entrance. A limited number of wheelchairs and walkers are available for patron use. Ask at the front desk for assistance.

Elevators are located in the building and all exhibits are accessible.

Service Dogs who are specially trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome.
