The Time Machine
Our new program, the Time Machine: Mobile Museum Experience brings the learning experiences of the museum to your classroom! It is geared for students in second through fourth grades. This classroom experience offers students an interactive perspective on history in the Saginaw County area. All Saginaw County public, charter and private schools are eligible to host the Time Machine free of charge.

History on the Move is a free program offered to schools within Saginaw County.
What grades is the Time Machine intended for?
History on the Move is intended for grades 2-4, and covers many Michigan Benchmarks and Standards in English (ELA), math, science and social studies. If interested in scheduling for other grades contact Kristi Furtaw at 989-752-2861, ext. 311.
Why should I schedule the Time Machine to come to my school?
Research has shown that students have different learning styles, hands-on learning being one of them. Also, hands-on experiences enhance a student’s ability to comprehended and retain information, therefore helping a student to succeed in school and with state assessments.
