The Historical Society of Saginaw County is committed to serving the community by telling the continuing story of the people of the Saginaw region through exploration, preservation, and presentation of their historical and cultural heritage.

Strategic Plan

 

The Castle Museum of Saginaw County History launched a strategic planning effort that would span from 2018 - 2022. The planning process was inspired by four strategic focuses:

 

• Growth

• Internal Employee Focus

• Preservation & Presentation

• Funding
